Application Support Manager - Change Management - Hybrid/North London - Permanent
This is a Hybrid role, with the successful person required to work from the office 3 days per week
A leading Product company with offices in North London are currently searching for an Application Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will require strong leadership and team management skills as you will lead a team of experienced professionals.
Ideally you will have experience as an Application Support Manager or in a similar such as Digital Operations Manager, IT Manager, Support Manager.
Other qualities and experiences should include:
- Excellent understanding of Application Support, IT infrastructure and digital operations.
- Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- Knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Relevant certifications (eg, PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous.
