Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE, plus benefits package (including private health insurance).

Location: North West London

Hydrogen has been instructed by a leading Wealth Management firm seeking a skilled Paraplanner/Analyst to join their dynamic and expanding wealth management team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a client base primarily composed of retirees and those nearing retirement, ensuring their portfolios are structured to deliver long-term financial security and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality suitability reports, cash flow plans, and annual client reviews.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment mandates.
  • Conduct research on investment opportunities to support portfolio decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to wealth managers and advisors.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in Paraplanning or senior financial administration within UK Wealth Management or IFA environments.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent Level 4 qualification (eg, RO1-RO6, CFP, or AF certifications advantageous).
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in financial planning software (eg, Voyant) and the Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
