We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join one of our public sector clients.

Rate: Up to £745pd (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 14 months

Location: National

As a Senior Service Designer you will:

Person Specification

• Shape and define future iterations of the target operating model
• Collaboratively build transition plans
• Over see transition to future operating phases
• Collaboratively define and develop a ways of working model for a product team within reporting that accommodates existing teams and stakeholders and brings them along
• Support user researcher in unpicking foundational user needs in reporting
• Support prioritisation and discovery of new data needs
• Collaborating across departments to design to be service journeys for data related services
• Support roll out of Legacy reports and functions
