About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced technology solutions tailored to specific business needs. You'll be instrumental in bridging strategic vision with hands-on implementation to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements to design comprehensive and scalable technology solutions.
  • Develop detailed solution architecture designs and documentation.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate ideas.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, troubleshooting and guiding teams to success.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a balance of strategic vision and technical expertise. You will have:

  • Strong systems thinking and practical implementation skills.
  • A passion for innovative solutions and attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance high-level architecture with low-level technical detail.
  • Practical knowledge in domains like eCommerce, retail, or finance.
