We need an experienced Veeam Backup Specialist to design and implement a robust backup solution for a brand new Nutanix environment.

This is a short term role so would suit someone in between contracts.

You will be the technical subject matter expert and be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing Veeam Backup solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT and Cloud teams to integrate Veeam infrastructure.
• Configure and optimize Veeam Backup and Replication for efficient and reliable data protection.
• Ensure compliance with Veeam best practices.
• Provide design documentation on the Veeam implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Veeam backup solutions.

Your skills and experience will cover the following:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
• Understanding of Veeam on Nutanix desirable.
• Experience with VM backup and protection with Veeam on Nutanix.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications and experience are essential.
