Support Consultant/Customer Support/Product Support/Application Software Support opportunity

Join a fast-growing HR software company as a Support Consultant with SaaS experience in HR, Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Performance, or Employee Benefits Software. Their cutting-edge HRIS platform streamlines everything from recruitment, onboarding to payroll and performance management. With 25% growth last year, they are expanding their team.

As a Support Consultant, you'll provide expert technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, offer consultative guidance, and mentor junior team members. Drive customer success through top-notch service and contribute to key initiatives.

Location: Remote-first but UK-based for essential company events. Travel to London will be required on a quarterly basis for team meetings, with satellite events every 6 months for whole-company meetings.

Salary: To £35,000 (Based on Experience) plus Benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, WFH budget, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Regular social events

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-depth product expertise and strategic advice to customers through our ServiceHub platform, helping them maximize the value of our HR software.
  • Lead client-facing calls and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify trends, suggest improvements, and influence product roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain advanced support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Stay updated on product updates and features to ensure expert-level service delivery.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar role within HR, Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Performance or Employee Benefits Software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural problem solver, always seeking the best solutions for clients.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge
  • Adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience/familiarity working with API.
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish or Italian would be a bonus).
