SAP Data Migration Lead (Up to €500 per day)
Ideally based in Spain or Portugal (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Lead with expertise in the Data Migration Cockpit tool to lead data migration initiatives in an S/4HANA implementation.

Key skills include:

1. Program/Project Management:

   • Resource identification, working mode definition, and issue resolution.
   • Managing war rooms, defect resolution, and incident escalation.
   • Aligning project requirements with deployment risks and site-specific needs.

2. Business Process Design:

   • Analyzing and redesigning business processes to enhance performance.
   • Collaborating with business users to define requirements and implement process changes.

3. Data Migration Leadership:

   • Designing and ensuring performance monitoring of data migration processes.
   • Facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams for migration requirements.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Liaising between technical teams, business users, and leadership.
   • Guiding change management during process and system transitions.

5. S/4HANA Expertise:

   • Hands-on experience with readiness assessments, hypercare management, and migration processes in S/4HANA rollouts.
