HR ADVISOR - Dublin City Centre - 13.21 per hour

Your new role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced human resource or customer service professional within the human resource department within a large organisation. HR Direct is responsible for providing HR services that work for people leaders and employees, are accessible, easy to use and enable a first-class experience. You will need to effectively communicate via telephone and email to various levels of employees across the business. You will gain excellent experience in HR related processes and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have achieved a minimum of a pass in your leaving certificate in both Maths and English examinations at ordinary level or alternatively hold a bachelor's degree. A business degree is desirable but not necessary. Experience working within a HR or customer service environment Excellent communication skills and be a quick learner with a 'can do' attitude. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP HR would be a distinct advantage.
