* You have more than five years' experience, with working in a Supply chain manager role in a company or you worked in a Transport & Logistics company and/or more than five years' experience in IT for Logistics company
* You have a bachelor's degree in Transport & Logistics/Supply chain or equivalent through experience or that working and thinking level
* You have implemented TMS- (and WMS) systems
* You are analytical, solution-oriented, quality-oriented, proactive and customer minded
o Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central
o Worked with DEVOPS

Tasks & responsibilities
As a Functional solution architect TMS it is your responsibility to add new functionalities to the client TMS product suite.

o You have a clear view and vision where the transport markets heading add and what the demands are in the sector
o You update your knowledge about the transport market frequently
o You monitor transportation and logistics government laws to ensure compliance with safe, sustainable and maintainable solutions

* Requirement management and roadmap:
o You gather all the TMS requirements via all the (internal- and external) stakeholders and put this in a long-term planning based on priorities (business value/budget). External stakeholders are customers, prospects and partners (resellers)
o You are able to provide qualitative input for the roadmap for the TMS product suite (business value/budget)

* Solution Design:
o You can translate the demands of different customers in a generic solution in the end-to-end TMS solution, based on Microsoft 365 BC and linked to other relevant modules, so that all the customers can benefit of the new functionality
o You can translate the solution into a structured 'Functional Design'. Translate business- and technical requirements into actionable architectural blueprints to achieve business objectives

* Performance optimisation
o You monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet client needs.
o You are reviewing new- or existing TMS product suite and give feedback about optimisations

* Outsourcing:
o You can do structured Proof Of Concepts/Proof Of Values with potential partners
o You can outsource the development part to a third party, together with other team members

* Collaboration:
o You can work close with the functional TMS owner, the technical TMS owner, technical lead and with other people in the development team. The development team needs to create the technical analyse, do an estimation and the development of the solution
o You can work close with Q&A (Quality and Assurance) and guide them to do proper testing and make the right content (describing of the functionality, creations of video's)
