UKG Technical Architect - Contract - Fully Remote in Europe

Robson Bale are looking for a UKG Technical Architect to come on board for an initial 6 month, fully remote contract

6 months, market rate

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in at least one successful global deployment of UKG Pro (formerly Dimensions), with a deep understanding of the platform's functionalities and capabilities.
• 10+ years of experience in global Kronos cloud deployments, with a track record of at least 3 successfully completed projects.
• 15+ years of expertise in the end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) domain, covering pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, and seamless integration with payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of WFM best practices, system architecture, and process optimization to support enterprise-scale operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, and IT, to ensure successful implementation and post-deployment support.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex WFM issues and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
