Senior Javascript/React Developer

Outstanding new opportunity for a Senior Developer within an award-winning B2B SaaS company with excellent scope for growth, progression and influence. Predominantly remote, (trips to London for team meetings and events) this will be a hands-on role working on projects for enterprise level accounts, with architecture and project lead involvement. Skills required are Javascript, React, Node.js and Python with AWS knowledge/awareness.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building scalable applications both client-side and Server Side for enterprise-level clients using languages such as JavaScript, React and Python
• Taking a lead on projects and having an influence over architectural decision-making with a focus on performance optimisation and having best practice engineering in mind
• Mentoring the developers within the team to boost overall performance
• Focusing on enhancements and performance optimisation of multiple enterprise-level projects by writing well-designed and efficient code and having a hands-on approach where needed
• Taking a lead role in shaping technical direction and technical discussion to allow for continuous improvement

Exeperinec must include:

• A long track-record of commercial experience building scalable web-based applications
• Previous experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Proven to be a self-starter and highly productive working in remote teams that cross multiple time zones.
• Previous experience in taking a lead on steering technical direction and implementing architectural decisions

The selection process will include a series of cognitive and technical tests, review of example projects and a round of interviews with various directors and senior stakeholders.
