Data Governance/Data Quality Lead

Leeds, West Yorkshire - 2x per week

Up to £65,000 + package

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very reputable organisation who are at the forefront of a journey towards becoming fully data-driven. As the Data Governance/Quality Lead, you will play a significant role in helping them achieve this vision, leading projects and being a key voice in implementing a new data solution from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prep and deliver Data workshops to internal stakeholder to ensure Data Quality is maintained.
• Collaborate with data delivery teams and analytics users to ensure best practice standards are integrated
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement data policies
• Implement and drive adoption of an enterprise data catalogue to document assets
• Champion and promote data governance adoption across the organisation
• Assist in establishing and running a data governance council

Key Skills:

• Strong background across data governance and data policy development
• Strong communicator with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Familiarity with data analytics or visualisation platforms
