A well-known Event agency with a strong reputation across Events, operating across Health, Tech, Legal and Consumer.

From conferences, start-up shows to webinars, roundtables and workshops, this brand has it all covered and are at the top of their game.

With almost 100 people across the business, their value-led, invest in their employees and give it their best to make this a platform for all the succeed and grow.

The Opportunity:
As the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and through your sales department. You’ll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, motivating and training your time to ensure they are delivering on KPI’s and revenue metrics.

You’ll work alongside Portfolio Directors and others within the Leadership team to ensure goals are aligned and ensuring you’re working in harmony.

We’re looking for someone who can get the very best out of their team, someone to lead from the front, someone who enjoys managing a team whilst remaining in a selling capacity.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is commercially aware and can create and deliver on a strategy. Someone who can lead from the front and deliver through their own sales numbers.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About you:

- At least 5 years of high-vale sales in sponsorship, exhibition or advertising within events
- Proven record of team management
- Ability to hit and exceed targets
- Highly commercial and organised
- Strong people management ability
