Senior Service Designer

3 month rolling contract

£500-600/day (inside IR35)

London/Remote

Overview:

The aim of the role is to facilitate effective content data reporting for our client.

As things stand, Content reporting is part of an existing transformation project for business requirements. However, it is not currently being fulfilled by the existing process and products. There is a desire to take a more holistic view across the project to find a solution.

The successful Service design candidate will work on evaluating the current process for content data reporting to better understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions for improvement.

Required skills/experience:

• Strong experience in a similar role
• Must have strong Senior service design experience with focus on data reporting
• Experience of working within large, complex transformation projects within the product space
• Content data experience desirable

Current Pain Points

• Disjoined reporting systems
• Observed this through existing transformation programmes, some reporting capabilities have been missed
• Analysts piece data together manually
• Lack of visibility on reporting capabilities
• Unclear process
• This has been investigated in the past, but it was a difficult process, and the recommendation was an enterprise solution that did not meet business requirements
