Testing & Migration Expert - Financial Services - Automation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Testing & Migration Expert to play a vital role in shaping the evolution of Europe's financial infrastructure. This position focuses on the coordination and execution of testing and migration strategies for TARGET Services, a key system supporting payments, securities settlement, and collateral management for central banks across Europe.

In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure the seamless testing and migration of updates to live production environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders and maintaining robust governance frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases that uphold the reliability of Europe's financial systems.

A crucial part of the role involves identifying and resolving system issues. Using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and JIRA, you will monitor incidents, analyse trends, and proactively address defects to minimise disruptions. Following testing phases and deployments, you will create detailed reports and metrics to evaluate release quality, drawing insights to support continuous improvements.
