Senior Associate - Infrastructure Engineering, Support, Unix, Linux

• Provide operational shift support for Production, Test and Development Linux Infrastructure. Responsibilities include Linux backup/restores, daily health checks, maintenance tasks, break/fix, server builds and server patching.
• Ensure that the BAU service is prioritised
• Provide support for products such as RedHat Linux, Veritas Cluster Server, etc.
• Disaster recovery testing.
• Upgrade or maintain software
• Good understanding of ITIL practices
• Good working Knowledge of Linux Operating Environment, Clustering Technologies, Virtualization, Cloud Computing(AWS), DevOps Tooling, TCP/IP Networking
• Experience in Shell Scripting, Ansible Playbooks, Python
