IAM Architect - 6 Month Contract - Hybrid - Inside IR35

Hamilton Barnes is currently representing a market leading consultancy who are currently recruiting for a IAM Architect. The contract is an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension for over 12 months, with the rate signed off inside IR35. The client has offices in Reading or West London (1-2 Days Per Week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and leading IAM, PAM (Privileged Access Management), and CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) solutions.
• Provide consultancy on vision and strategy development for IAM frameworks to align with organisational goals.
• Develop and implement IAM strategies with a broad appreciation of underlying and interconnected technologies.
• Design and manage advanced directories, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation services, delegated administration, API gateways, and SOA services.
• Provide expertise in IAM-related protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID, and OAuth to ensure secure communication and integration across platforms.

What you will Ideally Bring:

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD, with hands-on experience in solution design and architecture.
• Strong background in IAM protocols, directory services, SSO, federation, and related IAM technologies.
• Experience working with IGA tools, PAM solutions, and cloud security frameworks.
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory authentication incl. Group Policy Objects and Azure cloud experience a plus.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Reading or Paddington (2 Days Per Week/Remote)
• Day Rate: Up to £630 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
