Shopify Developer - UX/UI
Location: United Kingdom (Remote travel once a month into office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

We're on the lookout for a talented Shopify Developer with a strong UX/UI background to join our dynamic team and elevate our E-commerce platform.

About the Role
As a Shopify Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimising their online store, ensuring a seamless, engaging shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to implement new features, improve site performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Customise: Build and maintain Shopify themes and applications to align with our brand identity.
* Collaborate on UX/UI Design: Work with designers to implement responsive, engaging UX/UI designs that inspire our customers.
* Optimise Performance: Ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience across the site.
* User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve site functionality.
* Troubleshoot: Address technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
* SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to boost online visibility and drive traffic.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in E-commerce and web development.

Qualifications
* Experience: 2-3 years of Shopify development experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating.
* UX/UI Design: Experience with design principles and tools (eg, Figma, Adobe XD).
* E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with E-commerce best practices and user-centered design.
* SEO & Marketing: Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
