ServiceNow Technical Consultant - UK - Permanent - up to 90k + benefits DoE

Are you a passionate ServiceNow expert looking to make a significant impact?

We're seeking talented ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join our clients dynamic team, working remotely but you must be based in the UK and hold the relevant Right to Work as no sponsorships are provided.

As a key player, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, scripts, and reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
• Perform system upgrades and patches
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core components
• Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization
• Expertise in Scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS)
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
