Our central government client is looking for a HEO Shift Manager to join the Sevington Border Facility Operation. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that BCP operations and services run smoothly.

The role will involve:

• Managing the EO and AO on each shift including overseeing caseloads, ensuring that dwell times for drivers are kept to a minimum; and that performance metrics are delivered each shift.
• Produce a shift report with appropriate handover material.
• Manage onsite relationships with HMRC to ensure the operational process runs effectively.

This role will need to be local based to ensure continual site presence during shifts. This is a 24/7 operation, so shift patterns will be 4 on 4 off, including weekends and bank holidays. Contracted hours will be 12.5 per day, 7am- 7:30pm.
