AWS DevOps Engineer (Remote / Hybrid – Cheshire) £60,000 - £80,000
AWS platform build, migration of a complex on-prem multi-infrastructure environment to cloud using IaC and set up of CI/CD. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt… Perfect I have a role which could be right up your street.
An enterprise scale tech focused business working withing the EV space needs your help. They can offer the opportunity to be involved in the build and implementation of a brand-new AWS platform, implementing and using technologies like Terraform, Ansible, ARM, Jenkins, GitLab and Docker.
You will be confident getting involved in HLD/LLD as well as hands-on implementation and management. You will enjoy being project focused and want to implement and DevOps best process and practice as well and help develop and mentor junior engineers.
Tech you will have experience with
Cloud – AWS – you will know it inside out and have built platforms at scale
IaC – Terraform / Ansible / ARM – You will be an expert with at least one, have implemented, configured and used extensively.
CI/CD – Jenkins / GitLab – You will build and maintain pipelines, alongside enabling other tech teams to be able to build and maintain their own pipelines.
As a person
You will love a challenge, be comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and have a thirst to keep up to date with the latest tech developments.
You will enjoy mentoring and taking time to develop junior engineers
You will want to be constantly learning.
