We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a PLC Software Engineer (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based Bern Canton with one day per week home office.

Your Role:

• Create software according to the following development process: study, analysis, design, implementation, commissioning & testing.
• Develop variant studies & concepts.
• Create technical documentation & instructions.
• Maintain existing software products.

Your Skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience including experience in Developing Software for Industrial Machine Controls.
• Skilled & experienced in both Object-Oriented Programming & PLC Programming.
• Ideally experienced with Beckhoff TwinCAT-3

Your Profile:

• Further Educated in the Field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science (or similar).
• Professional, self-motivated, structured, committed & reliable.
• Fluent English & business proficient German (to at least B2 level) language skills are mandatory requirements.
