Join our clients as a Data Reporting & Visualisation Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive HR dashboarding tool in Power BI. This tool will empower internal clients by providing key HR information at a glance, enhancing decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimise data warehousing capabilities (SAP BW, SAP BO, Oracle, SQL) to support data and IT transformation projects
• Connect, extract, and manipulate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data visualisation solutions.
• Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI, utilising DAX language for custom visualisations.
• Work closely with HR Analytics, Data, IT, and business teams to align dashboard functionalities with organisational goals.
• Provide training and operational support to maximise in-house knowledge and adoption

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP BO, Power BI, SAS EG, DAX, and VBA is mandatory. Experience with SAP 4HANA, Oracle, SQL, and Python is preferable.
• Prior experience in banking and data analysis is essential. Familiarity with HR metrics and their relevance to business operations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Power BI, SAP, SAS EG, or related technologies are a plus
• Business knowledge of Dutch, French, and English is required.
