You will gain advanced development with APEX, Lightning UI, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Lightning Web Components. You will also have hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, source control tools, SOQL, XML, JSON, and advanced Salesforce technologies like Omnistudio and jQueryKey Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support for Salesforce, addressing technical queries, usability issues, reporting, and system integrations
Develop and manage Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and Communications clouds
Translate business requirements into technical development tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience through system functionality and usability improvements
Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables by adhering to development best practices
Conduct unit tests, participate in peer reviews, and perform manual and automated testing
Present application features to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner
Follow software development lifecycle processes to deliver new features and improvements
Administer tools like Jira and maintain up-to-date system documentationEssential Skills and Experience

Strong proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning components
Experience in designing, delivering, and testing system developments
Proven ability to deploy configurations into live production environments
Solid understanding of IT security principles, including secure design practices and SSO integration
Proven expertise in Salesforce development with exposure to: Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Service Cloud (ITSM), and Salesforce CPQ
Hands-on experience with unit, system, peer, and user-acceptance testing
Ability to create and maintain detailed system and user documentation
Understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum, Sprints, and Backlogs
Ideally you will have a Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) or a Trailhead profile showcasing relevant badges
