- Product Ownership - Utilise Agile methodologies and adapt to changing requirements effectively.
- Inform stakeholders about development milestones and champion adoption.
- Serve as the user's voice, leveraging research and feedback for continual improvement.
- Oversee the product/service life cycle, ensuring compliance with GDS standards.
- Strategic Influence: Secure organizational buy-in, navigate ambiguity, and articulate strategies.
- Collaborate with UCD teams, differentiate needs from desires, and guide the delivery of impactful user stories.
- Current SC Clearance
- Proven experience working in MOD, HMG, or GDS environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile working and GDS standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in balancing strategic objectives with user needs.
