Service Transition Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead, alongside technical and programme management professionals, the client-side transition from the One SAP implementation programme to a successful operational support model. This will require working across all workstreams, partners and business as usual operations to effectively engage with a broad range of stakeholders. You will develop and deliver a client-side transition approach for the programme.
