In this Enterprise Architect role you will hold responsibility for defining the architectural vision and strategy for the organisation, ensuring that all technology initiatives align with business goals, focusing on creating a cohesive framework that integrates various systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Specific background required for the Enterprise Architect position:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role
  • Housing or public sector industry experience, ideally with housing management experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and/or Zachman
  • Experience with cloud computing, data management, and integration solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to technology in housing associations.

Key areas falling within the Enterprise Architect's remit include architecture strategy; roadmap development; stakeholder engagement; technology evaluation; system integration; governance; performance monitoring; team leadership; and documentation of architecture models, processes, and standards,
