Corporate Governance vacancy (requiring Legal experience) for our luxembourg based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Familiar with regulations applicable to investment firms (eg MiFID, EMIR) and/or with regulations applicable to (re)insurance companies in Luxembourg (eg Solvency II, IDD)
• Corporate governance and corporate secretarial activities such as corporate filings, drafting of resolutions and other board and committee documentation, arranging board and committee meetings, keeping company records, arranging document signing and notarisation.
• Corporate governance of regulated companies

Your experience/knowledge:

• Qualified lawyer, ideally in Luxembourg or other European jurisdiction
• 4 years' experience as paralegal or other corporate support to corporate governance
• Language skills: English

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
