Accounts Payable Analyst- Limerick

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Accounts Payable Analyst to support the wider Payroll Team with international payments. The position requires good experience and background within a multinational accounts payable environment and no fund industry experience is required. The successful candidate he/she/them has a proven track record in Accounts Payable and can take ownership of responsibilities whilst achieving objectives. Team focus and the ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment is essential. This person is proactive in resolving issues and demonstrates exemplary follow-through. They add value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks/projects with minimal supervision while paying special attention to detail. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and works well with others.

12mths contract (PAYE, Umbrella or Irish Ltd)

Essential:

* Several years of international payroll experience: International/EMEA payroll experience is helpful
* Experience with accounts payable/payroll processing including; outsourced payroll production, reconciliation, General Ledger
* Experience with Sharepoint/MS Dynamics is an advantage
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Invoicing/payments
* Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
