Workforce Planning Consultant - Energy - £675 pd Inside IR35

Our energy and utilities client now has a short term need for a Workforce Planning Consultant who can support a large scale strategic workforce plan as part of a wider transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional who can help them make a strong start to 2025.

The Workforce Planning Consultant will be supporting a team who will build a Workforce Plan to present to the executive board by March 2025. They will need to have great experience in HR strategy and people analytics within the energy sector or a similar industry.

Key Skills:

• Great experience in workforce planning
• People Analytics experience
• Familiar with HR strategy and functions
• Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally Energy, Transport or Infrastructure industry experience

Rate: £675 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 2 months

Location: Hybrid/Central London
