Commodities IT Business Analyst

My client are currently looking for a Commodities Technology Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis, where you'll bridge business needs with technology solutions in the CTRM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Endur modules for North American power and gas trading.
• Collaborate across global trading offices to standardise processes and solutions.
• Analyse and optimise business processes.
• Design, develop, and improve stakeholder reports.
• Configure and implement commodity trading software and integrations.
• Test systems to meet business requirements.
• Provide training, user support, and create reference materials.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Support stakeholders and application teams with issue resolution.
• Stay updated on CTRM technology trends and recommend improvements.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years' hands-on Endur experience.
• Front, middle, and Back Office stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Endur, including trading life cycle workflows (deal capture to settlements).
• Strong knowledge of CTRM systems (Endur essential), SQL, and Excel.
