Our client requires someone from a technical hands on background who has installed/implemented D365 from scratch and without having to engage with third party company.

Ultimately this role is all about the person, ability and willingness to make the role their own and develop/learn where is required as the role grows and develops.

Ideal experience -

• Setting set up a Dynamics 365 CRM solution from scratch, including configuring custom entities and workflows
• Implemented integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party tools eg Power BI or NAV
• Built customer-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages or similar tools
• Configured automation in Dynamics 365 for tasks like SLA compliance tracking or case management
• Transitioned business processes from Excel-based systems to Dynamics 365
• Conducted end-to-end testing of a Dynamics 365 solution before deployment
• Created Functional Design Documents (FDDs)/provided demos to stakeholders for feedback
• Primarily built new Dynamics 365 solutions, rather than maintaining existing systems
• Any experience of Customer portals within Dynamics would be a real benefit due to the nature of your role

The role will be remote working with a willingness to travel in to Manchester as required.
