Job Title: BPO Relationship Manager

Salary: Up to £120k + bonus + 10% non-contributory pension + 25 days holiday

Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office)

I am currently recruiting for an exceptional role with a market leading organisation in the insurance sector. This vital role will act as the Relationship Manager with the organisation's primary BPO partner. You will be the main conduit between the organisation and the BPO partner, leading on the strategic elements of the relationship such as ensuring the service provided meets the strategic objectives of the organisation, ensuring that the services the BPO partner provide are fully leveraged and looking for opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the relationship. You will engage with stakeholders from across the organisation to understand their challenges and how the BPO partner can provide solutions to their challenges.

This role would suit someone who has previously managed a BPO partner or technology supplier in a complex organisational environment and has a solid understanding of how BPO processes and digital transformation can benefit an organisation and improve efficiencies.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience managing BPO partner relationships
• Good grounding in technology/digital delivery, experience of interfacing with technology delivery teams as part of delivering technology projects
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders across an organisation, you will be able to show demonstrable experience of strong influencing skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• Experience of delivering technology driven projects, in particular software/platform development and release.
• Experience in the London Insurance market is highly beneficial

The role will involve bi annual travel to India so you must be able to travel freely with no restrictions.
