As a Data Engineer Expert, you will be integral to the Data Hub team, responsible for building a new Data Warehouse. The team operates in an agile environment, with analysts based in Brussels and developers in Paris, ensuring close collaboration with both business and technological platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modelling: Analyse data extracts from operational systems for the raw layer, propagate data to the conformed layer, and design data models for DataMart's.
• Requirement Definition: Define data models, data dictionaries, and data mappings for developers, and validate their developments.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of data through rigorous testing.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in Data Warehouse development.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Data Mapping.
• Experience in building or expanding Data warehouses, Data Hubs, or Data Vaults.
• Business Acumen: Preferable experience in credit, loans, or banking sectors.
• Strong team player with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and pragmatic approach.

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• French: Fluent (advantageous)
• Dutch: Fluent (advantageous)
• Location: Brussels, with occasional travel to Paris or Rotterdam.
• Telework: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking. Teleworking from abroad is not permitted.
