Design and implement SAP application solutions. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures about the supply chain management processes and practices. Analyze data garnered and develop solutions or alternative methods to optimize operations and increase value and productivity. Use SAP S/4 HANA specialist design solutions based on discussions with business and management direction to either configure or customize the standard SAP solution. Create functional design documents to configure or customize the standard SAP implementation. Perform the necessary configuration changes in the SAP MM, SD and WM modules within the S/4 ERP platform. Support the development teams to help them understand the suggested changes to implement the solution by creating customizing objects. Create test data or unit testing in development environments. Perform testing in development environments. Develop and implement interfaces where there is a requirement for the SAP S/4 system to interact with any other SAP systems like SAP FI, SAP APO, SAP HANA, Legacy systems or any third-party systems. Implement automations for repetitive manual business or IT operations using the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors while performing such manual processes. Perform code debugging using SAP ABAP skills to identify root cause during defect analysis or production outages. Implement processes to transfer data between systems, maintain trace and history of the transferred data and develop reports to monitor the fallout rates of such interfaces. Interview personnel (business and users) and conduct on-site observation to certain unit functions, work performed, and methods and document areas of improvement that can be implemented to either automate or facilitate their day-to-day activities to improve efficiency and productivity. Study and analyze the data to prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Evaluate the solutions implemented based on feedback from the users and perform corrections or improvements. Plan study of work problems and procedures such as planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory control. Will work in Dublin, OH and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
