The Role
As the Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the application support team. This includes:
Managing the release process for applications
Developing relevant metrics and measures
Working closely with other IT management personnel
Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory policiesKey Requirements
5+ years in application support, IT operations, or a similar role
2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Experience managing and supporting critical hospitality applications
Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) & Point of Sale (POS) systems
Knowledge of booking engines and CRM platformsBenefits
The company offers a salary of circa. £55K and benefits package that includes friends and family discounts and free meals while at work
