On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to work on compliance and derivatives. If interested, please have a look at the details below:

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Group Shareholder Reporting team, you will assist the team responsible for analysing global equity holdings in issuers regulated in the EMEA region.
  • Reporting the aggregated shareholdings in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements across all Business Divisions
  • Place and monitor trading restrictions and provide trade approvals to business when questions of regulatory ownership limits arise
  • Liaise effectively with Equity traders, Capital Markets teams, Operations, in-house Legal and IT specialists.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Regulators, Exchanges, Issuers of Securities and other stakeholders

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • At least 2+ years of banking operations experience
  • Prior compliance experience or previous experience working on equity and derivatives projects
  • Solid understanding of financial products and Trade life cycles
  • Must have extensive experience in MS Excel
  • Experience with Legal judgements and interpretations is a plus
  • Experience with banking or investment/Fund management experience is a plus
  • Must be Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus or other additional languages
