What you'll do

  • Work as 1st line support on the IT Service Desk
  • Liaise with 2nd line support for all tickets that can't be closed 1st line
  • Update procedures as necessary and contribute to the IT knowledge base
  • Analyse tickets, spot trends, propose improvements



  • Customer service experience and knowledge of good practises
  • Basic IT skills
  • Business or technical process writing


  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and Word
  • T Help Desk processes/experience
  • Training/process rollout experience
  • SLA writing/experience
  • ITIL qualified, or had exposure to
