Senior IT Analyst - Glovia/PRO-IV

We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Analyst, to join our customer as an interim consultant to the team.

• Working directly supporting Glovia application, interfaces, scheduled Automation/batch runs
• Working on customer incidents, monitoring of the systems and provision of proactive support measures as needed to re-establish services following any incident or outage
• Working directly on business projects, application/technical problem identification and resolution
• Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support
• Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
• Perform custom application design and development assignments without close supervision
• Assists customers with training and usability efforts
• Maintain close liaison with customers to ensure business needs are met

Glovia/PRO-IV/Oracle PL/SQL/Cognos/UNIX
