Job Title: Entry Level Roll-Out Engineer

We are looking for an Entry-Level Roll-Out Engineer to assist with the deployment of new laptops to end-users. The role involves configuring, setting up, and distributing laptops, as well as providing basic support during the roll-out process. This ad-hoc contract is 1 day per week for 9 weeks.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Assist with the setup and configuration of new laptops.
• Install software, drivers, and security settings.
• Track and document assets during the roll-out.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and user support.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software (Windows/macOS).
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
• Prior IT support experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
