About the Role:

The Technology M&A Consultant will play a pivotal part in guiding tech companies, investors, and start-ups through complex M&A transactions. Leveraging your software development expertise, you will analyse, assess, and position technology-driven businesses for successful deals, ensuring clients achieve maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify M&A opportunities, execute deal strategies, and manage end-to-end transactions.
• Perform detailed technology due diligence, leveraging technical expertise to evaluate software architecture, scalability, and IP.
• Advise on integration strategies post-acquisition to ensure seamless value realisation.
• Work closely with investors, PE firms, and fast-growing tech businesses to drive strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex technical concepts into commercial insights to guide stakeholders.

• Proven experience in M&A advisory, management consulting, or a similar role within the technology sector.
