Lynx are working with a successful MSP based in the Watford area are looking for a 1st Line Technical Analyst to join their 1st Line team.

The ideal 1st Line Technical Analyst is someone who has been working at a 1st Line support capacity for roughly 2-3 years and now looking to progress in to a role where they can develop their skills and also gain further Microsoft certifications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years working in a 1st Line role
• Someone who is keen to gain certifications
• Office365 experience
• Azure Exposure
• Microsoft Entra experience
• Excellent communication skills

The role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. This will be after you 6 months' probation.

The salary is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
