Our Client based in Brussels is seeking a consultant for the following position:

The Accounting Processes & Procedures team needs to be re-enforced for analysing, designing and leading viable, efficient, and effective solutions with the framework of a new business integration project.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting financial services wherein he/she can demonstrate proven experience in:

• Performing in-depth data analyses (a.o. on inventories, balances, reconciliations]
• Modelling new process steps in Standard Operating Procedures (including process flows & service levels agreement)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, quality and adherence to established standards for the purpose of data migrations
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision making

Key skills:

- Knowledge in Banking and Asset Management expertise with strong focus on accounting

- Proven experience in Data Analysis and Process Modelling, including strong expertise in data crunching and process modelling techniques

- Sound awareness in risk domain

- Structured mindset within holistic approach

- Solid organizational autonomy and multi-tasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ideally Trilingual (FR-NL-ENG) French & English is sufficient

Key deliverables for this particular mission are as follows:

• Conduct multiple data analyses in accounting domain (reconciliation, mapping, formatting)
• Analyse SLA and translate into executable processes amendments
• Measure the embedding of the new processes and take actions if needed
