CRM Integrations Manager

We're on the hunt for a Tech-Savvy Marketing Specialist who will drive innovation and efficiency across our cutting-edge marketing tools and systems.

What You'll Own

• Take charge of implementing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing platforms like Salesforce, ESPs, Optimove, FastTrack, Marketing Cloud, Netrefer, Ultimate AI, SendGrid, and more.
• Seamlessly integrate support software for peak operational efficiency.
• Supercharge our acquisition tools and CRM integrations to align with evolving business objectives.
• Deliver top-notch technical support to teams and ensure the accuracy, security, and smooth functionality of data and tools.
• Proactively monitor, assess, and improve tool performance and technical KPIs.
• Develop insightful performance reports and identify opportunities for tool enhancements.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors-streamline ticket handling, integrations, and feature rollouts.
• Centralize and connect our internal tools with external systems for a seamless ecosystem.

What You'll Track

• Email IP reputation and campaign performance (delivery, open, and click-through rates).
• SMS engagement metrics, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

What You Bring

• Education: A technical university degree that sets you up for success.
• Experience: At least two years in a similar role, where you've mastered CRM and support tools.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Expertise in managing and optimizing technical marketing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A knack for understanding technical systems, integrations, and workflows.
• Basic coding knowledge to support system customizations.
• A disciplined, process-oriented approach paired with a creative, open mindset.

Details:

• Full time - 40hr per week
• Flexible Salary (Dependant on experience)
• Malta, Hybrid working (3 days in office)
