North West Recycling and Brampton Skip Hire Group which operates a recycling business based in Carlisle are recruiting for:

Customer Service Representative

The role Is working within the existing Service team. Duties include:
* Primary point of contact for answering all incoming calls.
* Responsible for taking, closing and processing of sales/orders and promotions of skip sales.
* Develop client relationships.
* Handling of customer queries and requests.
* Proactively generate business.
* Maintain and add to our client base.
* Maintain professional standards.
* Knowledge of company, products, services , processes and transmission of information.

Qualifications required:
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Proficient In the use of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
* In house training will be given
* Sales experience desirable

Monday to Friday I 9.30am to 5.30pm
