My Leading Banking client are looking for a KYC Quality Assurance Team Lead to lead the QA team through a huge transformation programme. You'll be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews, managing a team of quality assurance professionals, and implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks. This is a strategic role with opportunities to shape their KYC quality standards and strengthen their compliance framework.

The following skills/experience is required:

• Strong KYC/AML background
• Strong QA background
• Experience managing or leading a small team/mentoring people
• Previously worked in Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package

Level: AVP

Location: London (good work from home options available)
