Content Lead

Online Pharmacy Brand

Leipzip/Berlin/Remote - must be based in Germany with fluency in German.

Salt have partnered with a popular online pharmacy based in Germany. They offer a wide range of pharmaceutical products including prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine, as well as supplements and skincare products. My client is looking for a Content Lead to manage a team of three people and work across all digital content.

The Role:

Build and execute tailored content strategies across website, blogs, social and newsletters that aim to strengthen brand awareness.

Ideate and create content with your team for channels.

Data driven - set and monitor your KPI's. Work with the SEO team to collaborate on creating insightful reports that informs future decision making.

Constantly be on top of latest trends and AI tools related to content creation within the industry and integrate into working practices.

Execute competitor analysis and research using tools like Semrush.

Coordinate teams KPI's and schedules ensuring productivity and deadlines met.

Project manage workload, taking charge from beginning to end, including collaboration with freelancers and agencies.

The Person:

3-5 years of experience.

A degree in marketing, comms or other comparable qualification. Or, you bring a wealth of relevant professional experience in the area.

Proven experience of creating high quality content across newsletters, websites, social media and video.

Knowledge of AI and how to integrate into workload, as a tool only.

And interest or background in health would be a plus.

A solid understanding of SEO and the tools used to optimize content.

Experience using project management tools such as Asana, for example.

At least 1 year of experience managing people.

Must be German native.
