We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in HR systems and Workday implementations to support key enterprise projects. This role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery within HR technology domains.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate HR system projects or moderate-scope assignments.
- Map business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Lead workshops to define detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create comprehensive requirement specification documents and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct needs analysis, process/data modelling, and logical database design.
- Identify and manage risks, develop realistic project plans, and track progress.
- Provide training and support to ensure team competency.
- Proven expertise in Workday systems and HR technology.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and new/emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in relational databases, process/data modelling, and project management tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
