International creative architectural firm seeks a college graduate with administrative skills to assist the operations and facilities division, with projects, tracking and updating timelines, followup vendor purchases and shipments, manage project budgets, and create client presentations in PowerPoint with knowledge of CAD.
Maintain client correspondence and weekly report for management meetings. This is a small team of 4, though the office is over 100 people. Bachelor's degree with some corporate office experience. the offices are gorgeous and fun.
Weekly happy hour, pizza lunches and bagel breakfasts. Fun team.
