Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP OTC solutions, with a focus on delivering business value and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP OTC Design & Implementation:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP OTC solutions.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline Order-to-Cash processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Recommend best practices and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Integration Management:
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (eg, P2P, FICO, SD) and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules.
• Ensure integration with third-party applications such as CRM, EDI, and logistics systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and provide functional expertise during project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for OTC-related queries and escalations.
• Testing & Support:
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios for SAP OTC functionalities.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests effectively.
• Documentation & Training:
• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

• Extensive experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with specialization in the OTC process.
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Material Management), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• In-depth understanding of key OTC processes, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong expertise in EDI integration and handling data flows within the OTC cycle.
• Hands-on experience in working on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations or migrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules like CRM, WM, or TM.
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies.
• SAP certification in OTC or SD modules is a plus.
